Blockchain is a term in the field of information technology. In essence, it is a shared database, and the data or information stored in it has the characteristics of “unforgeable,” “full traces,” “traceable,” “open and transparent,” and “collective maintenance.” Based on these characteristics, blockchain technology has laid a solid “trust” foundation, created a reliable “cooperation” mechanism, and has broad application prospects. This paper is aimed at studying a method in view of the integrate of system analysis and system simulation to solve the problems in the production and distribution (P&D) system in the supply chain, proposing a more realistic optimization plan, and then promoting it to various enterprises. This article proposes the idea of using supply chain management, through system analysis, system simulation, case analysis, and comparative research methods, starting from the strategic level, tactical level, and operation level of supply chain management to optimize the P&D system. Pay attention to the P&D system issues in the supply chain environment, and apply the method of system analysis and system simulation to get a better P&D plan. The experimental results of this paper show that the total cost of the supplier selection strategy is 5.204 million yuan, and the delayed delivery rate is 30%. Correctly identifying and evaluating the logistics risks of EPC (engineering procurement construction) projects is conducive to strengthening the risk prevention and control of engineering projects. An evaluation index system for the logistics risk factors of overseas EPC projects was established, and the entropy-DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method used to evaluate and sort risk decision-making unit (DMU) with risk likelihood and risk consequences as decision variables. The risk reduction ratio and improvement space of each risk DMU are obtained, and the risk factor distribution matrix is constructed, pointing out that legal risks, operational risks and management risks are the primary risk DMU, which provide reference decisions for the optimal allocation of resources. This study demonstrates this pandemic as absolute catastrophic, which has distracted the overall supply chain activities, with significant shortcomings for businesses, consumers, and the overall global economy. Though in a regular time, it has been extremely challenging to ensure seamless supply chain operations, and senior management had to struggle to respond to critical uncertainties to protect their employees, safeguard supply security, alleviate the financial collision, tackle reputational risks, and steer the market uncertainty. The life-threatening virus has not only caused disaster in our healthcare system but also has destroyed the global economy. During this global economic turbulence, the world’s economy, including Bangladesh’s economy uncovers itself in an unbearable state, particularly due to slumping apparel exports, declining remittances, increasing job losses, and unpredictable consumer demand. Even before the pandemic, managing seamless supply chain operations were highly challenging and stressful. For many years, multinational corporations pursued to aggressively optimize cost through economies of scale, frequently by relocating production facilities to lower-cost labor regions—opted at the expense of other critical supply chain attributes like flexibility and agility. In the meantime, enterprises and governments have occupied in business continuity and resilient supply chain management planning exercises in recent years, outdated risk management undertakings have largely involved responding to national events relating to a specific geography or sector. The current global disruptions emphasize the importance of a new paradigm to improve supply chain resilience at a significant level. Finally, the study classified ten supply chain performance measurement attributes to diagnose the performance and efficiency of an organization. This study illustrates critical challenges and the urgency of the revalidation to be needed in our strategic framework, thus the study emphasizes the importance of comprehensive performance measurement attributes. The heavy-duty truck industry has always been regarded as an “economic vane,” and as the carrier of production materials, its degree of cold and heat can better reflect the quality of the macroeconomic environment. The SAP system is currently the ERP software with the largest functions and the most sales and has been widely used by large domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises. Because of its specific development for enterprises, it is also the most expensive ERP software in the world. This research integrates the existing information resources, takes SAP (system applications and products in data processing) system as the enterprise’s information platform, unifies the information platform into SAP system by integrating the existing information resources (financial system, logistics system, cost control system, production control system, etc.), avoids the information island phenomenon as far as possible, and finally realizes the integrated and unified enterprise information management, which is convenient for the rapid traceability of historical data, providing the best decision analysis method for managers. It is possible to eliminate all non-value-added operations in the value chain, find out the point of cost reduction and efficiency increase, comprehensively optimize the production value chain, improve production efficiency, and finally achieve the purpose of this book. The project implementation of automobile company adopts independent minicomputer system (HP server), with SAPR/3 system as the core and C/S (customer/service) architecture, so as to gradually expand the system function in the future. In this article, we construct a three-stage supply chain model using a system of differential equations to reveal the interplay among producers, distributors, and end customers. On the one hand, information about the products and production is exchanged between each stage in the supply chain system. Such information affects the behaviors of each stage. On the other hand, the transport of products between the stages of the supply chain affects the behavior of the system. Our findings are summarized as follows: First, we find that the supply chain model is a system with four chaotic attractors. Second, we explore the synchronization of such a chaotic system. Third, according to the characteristics of the chaotic system, we design a variety of simple control laws to realize the synchronization of two chaotic systems with the same structure. These control laws for the chaotic system are proved to realize local asymptotic synchronization or global exponential synchronization. Supply chain management has become a critical problem for any company looking to meet targets in terms of economic competitiveness, time, and quality of service especially in an economic context marked by the globalization of trade and the speed of industrial cycles. Selecting the right suppliers and establishing proper ordering and shipping systems are important to reduce unnecessary resource loss and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, most scenarios for supplier selection, order allocation, and transportation solution selection remain largely unknown, particularly in the context of big data. To overcome this problem, this study presents a two-level supply chain network. The ranking and selection of suppliers are achieved by constructing a supplier importance measurement index system and establishing an evaluation model with principal component analysis, while combining the greed idea to establish constraint equations for multiple indicators, order allocation to selected suppliers, and finally, the allocation of transportation solutions considering the loss rate of operators.
